Before you create
your
first page here, please be sure you have read, and understood, these Terms
and
Conditions. Members who do not follow rules and regulations could find their
entire web site removed and/or deleted, possibly without prior
notice.
The interpretation of
these
guidelines is at our sole discretion.
If there is
something wrong with your account, we reserve the right to limit daily
traffic
until the issue is solved. If your account was temporary limited you should
contact us urgently.
1. We can offer
50MB free web space and unmetered traffic thanks to the sponsorship of our
advertisers.
Each page that
you create will have some
ads automatically inserted into it. You may not remove, resize so as to
render
invisible or unreadable, or otherwise block any of the ads that
we inserts onto your web pages.
It's forbidden to
use texts like: 'do not click', 'hosting ads' etc. The only
allowed texts near our ads are 'sponsored links' or 'advertisements'. If you
have a concern or any other problem,
contact us.
All free
accounts
MUST have our ads except. Ad-supported
accounts where
our ads are not visible will be blocked or even deleted without warning.
2. We offer
unmetered/unlimited traffic (10/100Mbps unmetered lines). But to prevent
abuse
there is a default limit of 1GB/day. If this amount
is not enough just contact us and limit will be raised.
3.
Our Hosting is not responsible for the content of any
personal home
page. The contents of user-generated web pages are not reviewed or censored
in
any way before they appear on internet.
4. Sites with
excessive ads are not allowed to join our ad-supported services. Sites
without
real content - e.g. storage/download related sites, torrent sites, traffic
farms, proxy sites, gateway sites (redirect visitors elsewhere), streaming
sites
(e.g. radio blogs) - are forbidden!!! You may not use your web space for
'data
warehousing', using our space as storage for large files which are only
linked
from other sites. Because ads are not displayed correctly, wap/mobile
sites are not allowed as well.
Sites must have a
relevant index file on root else you will be suspected for cheating and risk
to have
account deleted.
5. No illegal
materials or links to illegal activities!!!
This includes
but is
not limited to distribution/use of illegal software (warez), hacking,
cracking or any other
harmful activity.
Also, you may not
use your web space to provide material, or links to material that is grossly
offensive to the Web community. No hate, anti-racial, terrorism, drugs
related sites!!!
No gambling sites! No hyip sites!
No child porn or
any
other adult site!!! No phishing, fraud, scam sites!!! No
SPAM!!! You may not use
unsolicited email to promote your site. No mass-emails!!!
For all
infringements your site will be immediately deleted and, possible, your
activities reported to proper authorities.
6. Do not install
unlicensed scripts, e.g. nulled vBulletin, IPB etc. Entire account
will
be deleted with no warning!
Old or not
optimized
scripts are not allowed as well, they can overload the server and affect
other
users. The script will be removed or account locked until you solve the
problem.
7. Adult
materials
are not allowed! Your account will be deleted immediately.
8. You may not
copy
or reproduce any page, image or other content without the express prior
consent
of the original copyright owner of that content. For all copyright issues
your
account will be deleted immediately. Contact us first if you intend to upload
questionable content.
9. You must have
the legal age in your country to use our
services, 13+ in most countries. If you don't have legal age you may not
become
a member!
10. In rare
cases,
We may find a customer to be using server resources to
such
an extent that he or she may jeopardize server performance and resources for
other customers. In such instances, We reserves the
right to
delete account for the consideration of all customers. Please do not
abuse!
11. Backup your
data!!! Once deleted, accounts/dbs can't be restored. We are not responsible
if you
lose something due to server crash or negligence.
12. Your account
should be active. Minimum one hit per month is required else your account
will
be automatically deleted without warning. Sites with important amount of
webspace used need
minimum 1hit/day. Storage is not allowed!!!
13. There is a 100 KB file
size limit. Do not try to upload
bigger files than maximum file size allowed. Your account
will be deleted without warning.
By submitting a
web page to our hosting or any other web page hosting service on
our network,
you grant a royalty-free,
nonexclusive, worldwide, unrestricted license to use, copy, transmit,
publicly
display, publicly perform, create compilations including, and distribute such
web page, and any associated Content, for the limited purposes of publishing
and
promoting the user's web page in connection with the particular service with
which the user has chosen to have the web page hosted and for publishing and
promoting such web page elsewhere within the
Network. Such license shall apply with
respect to any form,
media, or technology now known or later developed. This term will extend only
for the duration of the user's membership with the particular
our hosting service
service. In the event that such membership is terminated,
We will relinquish all rights to the
user's content
following the duration of any applicable promotional activities ongoing at
the
time the membership is terminated.
We reserve the right
to suspend or delete any site due to inappropriate behavior at our sole
discretion.
MEMBERS WHO ARE FOUND IN BREACH OF THESE RULES ARE SUBJECT TO HAVING THEIR
MEMBERSHIP CANCELED WITHOUT NOTICE AND FURTHER ACCESS DENIED AT OUR SOLE
DISCRETION. WE FURTHER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO
TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST ANY MEMBER IN BREACH OF THESE RULES AND TO PROVIDE
INFORMATION TO LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITIES AND OTHER INTERESTED PARTIES
REGARDING THESE MEMBERS.
LEGAL TERMS
You, as the author of your pages, take full responsibility for its contents.
As
the author you state your page contains nothing illegal, obscene, degrading
or abusive to another person, including pages that promote hate group
propaganda and child pornography. As the author, you also state that nothing
on
your page is copyrighted material and that any links to other servers have
been
approved by that organization. As the author, you also state that nothing on
your page infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
You
agree that our hosting has the right to remove any page it
determines, in its sole discretion, has violated these rules to cancel your
membership and take against you whatever measures will be deemed appropriate
including legal action and disclosing information about you to law
enforcement
authorities and other interested third parties. Members who are in breach of
these rules agree to indemnify and hold harmless our hosting for
any loss,
claim, damage and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising
from
or in connection with the contents of any personal home pages or of any chat
or
messages on a bulletin board found to be infringing or illegal. By submitting
your pages, you agree to all the above terms.
Our hosting makes no guarantee as to availability of service.
To the fullest extent permissible by law, our hosting excludes
all liability with respect to accuracy, content or availability of
information
on its web site. The materials in this site are provided "as is"
and without
warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Our hosting
does not warrant that the function contained in the materials available on
this
web site will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be
corrected, or
that this site or the servers that make them available are free of viruses or
other harmful components. Any merchandise products or services available to
users or members from links from this web site are provided by third parties
who
are not necessarily affiliated or connected with our hosting.
To the fullest extent permissible by law, Our Hosting excludes
all liability under any circumstances (including negligence) for any special
or
consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use,
the
materials on this site. Applicable laws may not apply to all those who access
