Can I promote my site with unsolicited emails?
SPAM or mass emails are strictly forbidden and your site will be deleted
immediately.
Do you offer Frontpage support?
No at this moment.
Can I have more than one account?
Yes but do not abuse.
I uploaded the index file but my domain is not working.
Why?
Our servers have Linux and file name is case sensitive. So, InDex.htm or
index.HTM is not the same with index.htm.
Valid index files: index.html index.htm index.php index.shtml Index.htm
default.htm home.htm
My site is not working correctly, it's full of 404 errors and
broken images.
First, check if the path to the file(s) is correct.
Second, file name is case sensitive. Image.gif is not the same with
image.gif or image.GIF. These are 3 different things.
Because of hotlink protection you are unable to view uploaded images with
direct access. You can view images only if you insert them on web pages or
if they are linked within the same account.
You may encounter errors as well because of your firewall.
I encounter many errors, the script say to change file
permission.
You can change file permission with your ftp client, in most cases click on
Properties.
Also, you can do that with our control panel account manager. Click File
Manager, select the file and click Set Permission.
Contact us if you can't solve the problem.
How to upload my site?
The best solution is a ftp program, check our tools. But you can try File
Manager as well via account manager (our control panel). Frontpage
support is not available at this moment.
The FTP server is:
ftp://username.micorella.org
where username is your username.micorella.org.
What Type Of Content Is Allowed?
Licensed/legal content only. Adult content is forbidden as well!
My site was suspended or deleted. Why?
Please read our terms carefully. Usually we suspend account when our ads are
not found. Accounts with old/unsecured scripts can be hacked and deleted by
attacker. Use only new/patched scripts!
If no any term was broken contact us immediately. Please include as many
info as you can. If account was deleted due to terms infringement we don't
reply and also we don't restore any file/database.
Suspended accounts can be restored at any time as soon as issue is solved.
Do you have file restrictions?
All files are allowed for upload but web server will not support all of them.
10 MB file size limit for ftp upload.
Zero-size files can't be uploaded. Also, for security reasons, dot-files
(e.g. .htaccess, .htpasswd) and few others are automatically forbidden. Just
skip dot-files when upload. Almost all scripts will work.
